Welcome to Introduction to Workforce Development Created by Chicago Jobs Council (CJC), this fast-paced course offers a practical, equity-centered overview of how the U.S. workforce system works. Whether you're new to the field or refreshing your knowledge, you'll explore how services are structured, funded, and impacted by policy, and how equity shows up in practice.
